Where par999 engages third-party service providers to Process data on its behalf — such as payment-processing gateways, cloud infrastructure providers or identity-verification services — those providers act as Data Processors under written agreements that restrict their use of your data to the purposes specified by par999.

You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data par999 holds about you. We will provide this within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you. For KYC-verified data, supporting documentation may be required.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations that override this right.

Response Timeframe: par999 will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. If your request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days with prior notification. Identity verification will be required before any personal data is disclosed or modified.
The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. par999 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
If par999 becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. Where we suspect that a minor has registered using false age information, the Account will be suspended pending investigation and all funds held will be reviewed in accordance with applicable responsible gambling policy.

The Platform may contain references or contextual mentions of third-party services — including payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — in an informational context only. These references do not constitute links to external websites and do not imply any endorsement of gambling by those third parties.
par999 does not include hyperlinks to third-party websites within its Platform content. If third-party links appear in any context, par999 is not responsible for the privacy practices, data-processing activities or content of those external sites. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk under those parties' respective privacy policies.
par999 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
