These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and par999 ("par999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the par999 website located at https://par999.cam and any associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser or connection method used. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your unqualified acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or amendments published by par999 from time to time. These Terms are effective from the date they were last updated as indicated at the top of this page.
par999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on par999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: par999 takes age verification seriously. Any User who provides false age information will have their Account immediately suspended and any winnings or bonus balances forfeited pending investigation.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must not use a false identity, impersonate any other person or use information belonging to another individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. par999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You agree to notify par999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. par999 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts that show signs of compromise, fraudulent use or eligibility violations.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. par999 reserves the right to adjust these limits with or without prior notice.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. par999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of other individuals. Accepted payment methods — which may include bank transfer options associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and electronic wallet references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — are listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. The inclusion of these payment method names does not imply endorsement of gambling by any bank, wallet provider or financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to par999's satisfaction; (b) compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) confirmation that the Account is in good standing with no open disputes or policy violations. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and are not guaranteed.
par999 may offer promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards (collectively "Bonuses"). Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the promotion. Those specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates, form part of these Terms.
The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:
Bonus Abuse Policy: Systematic exploitation of Bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-account abuse and co-ordinated group exploitation — constitutes a violation of these Terms. par999 may void bonuses, reverse winnings and close Accounts where such behaviour is identified.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
par999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, and to withhold any funds pending investigation where fraud or misconduct is suspected. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, data compilations, page layouts, software and all other material — is the intellectual property of par999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction of any Platform content for commercial purposes; (b) redistribution, modification or derivative use of any Platform content; or (c) use of par999 trademarks, logos or brand elements without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, par999 excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise — for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content or services provided through it.

par999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, par999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In certain cases, par999 may provide additional notice of material changes via email or Platform notification, but is not obliged to do so.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which par999 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable. Where no specific governing jurisdiction is designated in a separate operator agreement, the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction shall apply.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting par999 support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the parties may pursue formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.
